A Lei no 12/2009, de 12 de Março exige que todas as empresas que operam em Moçambique tenham um programa de combate ao HIV/SIDA no local de trabalho. Esta lei entrou em vigor em Setembro de 2009.
A pandemia do HIV/SIDA é uma ameaça muito real à economia e à eficácia das empresas, e é algo que deve ser tomado tão seriamente como o seu impacto merece. O local de trabalho mostrou ser um ambiente útil para a transmissão de mensagens e informações sobre a doença, e sobre as formas do seu combate e prevenção.
A ACIS acredita que através do trabalho com os empregados nesta matéria, as empresas têm uma oportunidade real de fazer a diferença, tanto em relação às relações no local de trabalho, como em termos do combate à proliferação do HIV.

Neste contexto, até a altura da aprovação de um regulamento especifico relacionado, a ACIS elaborou um pacote de ferramentas para apoiar as empresas na sua preparação da implementação dum programa de combate ao HIV/SIDA no local de trabalho.
Durante um período acima de cinco anos a ACIS emprenhou-se na implementação de programas de combate ao HIV/SIDA no local de trabalho em diversas empresas e de grande dimensão, na província de Sofala. Os princípios básicos aprendidos durante esse tempo são contidos neste pacote de ferramentas.

Em parceria com o Centro para a Empresa Privada Internacional (CIPE), a ACIS lançou um projecto de 12 meses que visava encontrar formas de combater a participação de empresas em actos de corrupção em Moçambique.
O combate à corrupção é contínuo. Para que tenha sucesso, há necessidade duma discussão e debate contínuo, bem como de acções concretas. Com o fim de continuar a contribuir para este debate, a ACIS elaborou um pacote de ferramentas que inclui informações das discussões tidas com o sector privado, a lei e estratégia anticorrupção do Governo, bem como um conjunto de ferramentas para apoiar o sector privado no combate à corrupção.
